Mom Meet & Greet

Service Description

This **Mom Meet & Greet** is a one hour virtual meetup designed for moms of all ages to connect, share experiences, and support one another in the beautiful chaos of mom life. I believe in empowering moms through community and mindful movement, making it easier to navigate parenting challenges. At this virtual meetup, we'll practice 10-minutes of chair-based yoga, followed by 50 minutes of open conversation. Come chat, laugh, and uplift each other in a warm, welcoming environment. Only 7 spots open per class to keep it personal!
