Mom Meet & Greet

Service Description

I believe in empowering moms through community and mindful movement, but it's not always easy to meet other like-minded moms. So I thought I'd try something new. This "Mom Meet & Greet" is a one hour virtual meetup designed for moms of all ages to connect, share experiences, and support one another in the beautiful chaos of mom life. We'll practice 10-minutes of chair-based yoga, followed by 50 minutes of open conversation. Come chat, laugh, and uplift each other in a warm, welcoming environment. Only 7 spots open per class to keep it personal!
